Exchange and Return Policy
– For our customers in Karachi, we offer a flexible doorstep return service that allows you to inspect and return your purchase right at the time of delivery. If you decide to return the item, you will only be responsible for paying the delivery charges and our team will collect the package right away for return.
– If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or there’s an issue with sizing, or if you received a defective product, you’re in luck! Shoes Out offers a 3-day hassle-free return policy. To qualify for a refund or exchange, we ask that all items are in their original condition, unworn, unused and with their product tag attached.
Policies written above will not be applicable on products purchased on sale.
– To process a return or exchange for your online order, please fill out the return form, and include it with the item you wish to return. If you don’t have a return form, you can easily download one from the link provided, and print it.
